- My wife stayed in this hotel with our 2-year-old for 4D3N. This hotel is perfect for parents with toddlers. - Unbeatably location right opposite Tokyo Skytree, and directly above Oshiage Station. - The 9-storey shopping complex Solamachi at the foot of Tokyo Skytree is full of kid-friendly actitivities and dining options, so my wife didn't go anywhere else at all: 1. Sumida Aquarium at 4F (penguins and seals were my daughter's favorite) 2. Chikyunoniwa Kids Garden at 5F (playground, ocean balls, pretend-play kitchens) 3. Lovely Animore at 5F, an animal playground to get up close with adorable and rare animals. My daughter was crazy with the rabbits, sloth, owls, deers, giant turtle, chameleon and more, and she kept going back. 4. Character shops such as Pokemon Centre, Doraemon Shop, Donguri Republic Tip: They sell 1-day pass on weekdays with free access for up to 2-year-old. - Within the hotel building, there is a 2-storey supermarket called Life Central Square. - Just around the street corner, there is a convenience store Family Mart. For the first time in our Japan holidays, we didn't even bother to check it out as the Solamachi and the Life Supermarket have provided everything we needed. - The hotel was recently rebranded and renovated. It was re-opened around Nov 2022, so the room condition was prestine when we stayed there in June 2023. - The room was super spacious. The window looks out to partially blocked view of the Skytree tower and the train station, keeping our daughter entertained in the hotel room. - Free water was provided in Skytree-shaped bottles. We brought the bottles back as souvenirs. - I love the separated rooms for toilet and shower/tub. Shower is outside the bathtub which is more hygene and safe. - Dual-basin vanity top. - Last but not least, super friendly staff. After I checked out, I realized I will be late for the check-in time of my onsen hotel in Atami.

The hotel offers a variety of room cleaning options, which I found both practical and environmentally conscious. Guests can choose: • No cleaning for those who prefer complete privacy or shorter stays. • Eco cleaning, which includes a simple towel change and minimal cleaning, helping reduce water and chemical use. • Full cleaning for a more thorough service, yet still done with eco-friendly practices in mind. Additionally, the hotel has a great system where guests can select and take only the toiletries they need from a central station (next to the Reception area). This approach reduces waste and ensures that nothing unnecessary goes unused. It’s such a thoughtful way to cater to different preferences while being mindful of sustainability. Overall, I appreciated the flexibility and the hotel’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Room is very spacious with high class design. Everything is spotless clean, including the towels and toilet. Staffs at the receptions are very professional and helfpul. Some always greets with a smile. Even the staffs at breakfast restaurant is amazing. All the facilities are there within the hotel. Including coins machine for 100 yen which you need in many places and foreign currency exchange. Washing machine with dryer also provided within the hotel with a small fees. A super market located right next door. Opposite is the shopping centre. Close to metro stations. I got a pretty view at night opposite to the shopping center. With the taxi stops. Looks better being in person. Really love the stay and everything offer.

I spoke to another individual that told me the room is small before I check in. When I saw the room myself, it's so much more spacious than any of the same category hotel in Tokyo I have stayed. Staff were helpful and friendly, all of them. Breakfast was fabulous, from Asian, western, to patisserie. Laundry facility was great, never had a time I couldn't find a washing machine to do my laundry (I stayed 7 nights with them) Location is magnificent, literally one min walk to Oshiage Station. Tokyo skytree is right next to the hotel, shoppers would love the mall in it too! Definitely worth coming back again!

The location. It is very near the metro subway, mall (Tokyo Salamachi) and the Bus station that takes you straight to Disney Resort. Although, it is quite far from the main Tokyo centre, you can always use the subway for that. I also liked that the late check out can be paid for a reasonable price (Although in Dubai 2 or 3 hours late check out are almost free at all hotels). The check in is also smooth, you can either use the machines or get help from the receptionists. They also speak good English and very helpful. The TACOS at the buffet breakfadt,, OMG, they are so good.
